Plain-language summary: This website exists only to introduce chart2chart — a software platform for U.S. clinics — and to let you request a demo. You may browse it and book a demo, but you may not misuse it or its content. The Site is provided “as is,” and these Terms are governed by Texas law.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) operated by CHART TO CHART, LLC (“chart2chart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Texas (see Section 12).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a business audience and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Use of the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes of learning about chart2chart. The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the chart2chart name and marks, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to CHART TO CHART, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, bots, or excessive automated requests;
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information;
  • Use the Site’s content in a way that infringes the rights of chart2chart or any third party.

6. Demos & third-party services

When you request a product demonstration, scheduling is handled through Calendly, and website analytics are provided through Google Analytics. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers’ terms and privacy notices. Information you submit when booking a demo is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking a demo does not create any binding agreement to purchase or provide services.

7. Informational purpose only

This Site exists solely to introduce chart2chart — a software platform for clinics — and to let prospective clients request a demonstration. It is not the chart2chart product itself and does not provide any healthcare, clinical, or professional service. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, and no content on the Site is a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Product descriptions, features, and availability are provided for general information only and may change without notice. Please do not submit any medical or personal health information through this Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and providing a link does not imply endorsement. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHART TO CHART, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHART TO CHART, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
